Do you make the beads yourself?
Yes, all of the glass beads posted on this site are made by me, myself, and I.

What are Lampwork beads used for?
People often ask me what my beads are used for. If you are one of those people read here to help jump start your creative thinking.

Where can I purchase your beads?
Beads categorized as Beads For Sale are available for purchase in the Bead Boutique, Etsy or Artists Give. You may also contact me via email to inquire. If you’re from Rochester check me out at First Friday, Bead Breakout or view my calendar to find me at a show!

What are your shipping policies?
I currently ship within the USA, Australia, Canada, Germany, and, the United Kingdom through USPS. If you are from elsewhere, please write me. I will ship the items within 1-5 days of a completed payment. There are a few reasons it could take longer (e.g a large order, or I ran out of a color). If this should happen you will be contacted. International shipment Delivery times may be effected by transit and customs.

Do you accept returns?
If you are unhappy with your purchase please contact me within one week of your package’s arrival. I’ll refund your purchase price minus shipping and PayPal fees as soon as I receive the item back in its original condition. We will work closely throughout your transaction to make sure you are getting what you want. If you have any questions please contact me.
