Hungerford Urban Artists (HUA) holds a meeting on the last Monday of every month. Jen, of Crocus Clayworks, threw me a reminder this morning as we crossed paths entering the Hungerford. I was a bit nervous arriving to the meeting, but that went away in minutes. Before I could finish my salad I was already bursting into conversation (no kidding). For those of you who don’t know me, I’m loud and talkative.
Anyhow, I’m getting way off track here. What I meant to say was, the folks from the meeting are amazing. After the meeting Pat Tribastone and Suzi Zefting-Kuhn showed me their outstanding studios. Working in The Hungerford Building is definitely a step up from the garage! It’s nice to have people around.
Meet these HUA members from todays meeting yourself. Click their names to view their websites/blogs:
Brian (Unknown last name and website)
Pat Tribastone
Larry Moss
Jeanne Beck
Suzi Zefting-Kuhn
Jen Buckley
P.S.
I’ve been revisiting a simple old dot placement distortion type of bead. I’ve made about two good sized handfuls in purple/amber, purple/pale green and purple/pale blue. Never have I had so much fun making these. I will call them my Kissing Violet Series. I hope you can see why. All three sets (maybe 4!) will be photographed by the middle of next month for sure.
